WorldPay Merchant E-Mail

By default Worldpay stores the details of each transaction on its Administration Server, which can be accessed at http://support.worldpay.com/admin/

To ensure that details of the items ordered are included in the Merchant email sent by Worldpay after a transaction, you need to do the following.

Log on to the admin server http://support.worldpay.com/admin/

Click on file management.

Then upload the file

merchantDesc.templ

which you can find in the same folder as the rest of your shopping cart files.  Usually c:\shop3

This is a template which will configure the email to include the extra order information.
